The qualities of the location at Hyblerpark and the proximity to the U3 underground line will benefit future residents and neighbours alike. New attractive road connections to the park and to the U3 in the middle through the currently not publicly accessible property will be opened and contribute to the green space networking.

The topography poses a particular challenge, which is responded to sensitively by giving the building a «joint» at the transition from the higher to the lower building class, at which a transparent development core and a height offset between the different levels of the surroundings mediate.

The references of the surrounding buildings are taken up and the different directions of the building lines are converted into mediating structures by continuing building edges and orientations. Visual connections, for example to the gasometers, are integrated as conscious views.
